This course is made up of recommended dishes that we would like everyone to try.The 11-course meal begins with Hida beef yukhoe, followed by rare cuts of Japanese black beef fillet such as kainomi and ichibo, and grilled Japanese beef rib roast, finishing with the restaurant's specialty curry.*All-you-can-drink (100 minutes) can be added for +2,000 yen (tax included), and (120 minutes) for +2,500 yen (tax included).
